Since our August 2021 court hearing, my ex has denied all contact between my daughter and I and anyone in my family. Court ordered Skype no longer occurs as I have been blocked therefore all contact between my daughter and I had been lost. 

The judge left the order to allow the court ordered "family therapist" Merridessa Katz of Calhoun Co. Michigan to decide the fate of any relationship I could ever have with my daughter. I asked Katz during our live streamed court hearing if she would ever take the time to get to know me personally (and not by word of mouth) would her opinion of me change. Meridessa Katz stated "No" and the judge still ordered her to make the decision when or if I should ever be apart of my daughter's life. Meridessa Katz refuses all contact with me. Therefore factor J (and all others) have worsened since that August 2021 court hearing.
