Can a "parent" claim and testify under oath to the court that they are doing everything they can to foster a relationship between their child and their other parent while at the same time constantly filing motions, 3 in one month, in effort to stop all parenting time from occurring? Shouldn't a judge be educated enough to finally realize after six years what is happening? That the other parent has no intention of ever coparenting. The court needs to realize they got it right in 2015. That it's time to finally stand by their own word and what they KNOW, and switch custody.
