I received an email back from the courts stating that if anybody has had any issues with Judge Jeffrey not hearing evidence, rushing through trials, and if you felt like that you had an unfair trial to file a complaint against him so they can look into it. 

I encourage everybody that has been wronged by him to do this. Don't forget to provide dates, any evidence backing your claim as well as the case number.
