The Issue

I am writing from Amman, Jordan, to demand my fundamental right to medical care and legal justice.
My name is Malek Mahmoud Salameh Al-Adarbeh. I entered the United States through official channels and fully complied with all legal proceedings and court requirements.
On July 16, 2025, while working as an Uber Eats driver serving the American public, I was involved in a severe car crash that caused debilitating trauma to my lower back and head, requiring immediate medical evaluation.
Despite my severe injuries, I remained fully committed to the legal process. A few days after the crash, I personally attended my scheduled immigration court hearing on July 25, 2025, where the judge issued an order of removal.
Instead of receiving necessary hospital treatment for my accident injuries, I was taken into custody and detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for 55 days.
Throughout my detention, I suffered from severe, continuous physical pain resulting from my head and lower back trauma. Despite repeated requests for proper medical evaluation and specialized care, my condition was met with blatant medical neglect and a total lack of healthcare. Under extreme physical distress caused by untreated trauma and without legal counsel, removal documents were signed under duress.
Today, I am stranded in Amman, suffering from chronic pain and complications from my injuries, unable to work or access required medical treatment.
My Demands:
Humanitarian Parole: Urgent authorization to re-enter the U.S. to receive critical medical treatment for my head and lower back trauma.
Federal Judicial Review / Habeas Corpus: A formal investigation and federal legal review regarding the medical negligence and conditions during my detention.
I share this case publicly to seek justice, accountability, and the correction of this severe violation.
