Hi supporters, 

It’s been some time since we updated you on our fight to stop our beloved Gwelup Playgroup from paying the highest rent of any playgroup in the state without security in our decades-old home on the lake.

We have been having very productive conversations with the City of Stirling who have now reviewed their lease and license policy across the entire city.

We are hopeful of a positive outcome soon but we encourage you to keep up the fight.

With council elections next month now is the chance to ask candidates how they will support our much loved local playgroup that is crucial for growing children and their caregivers in the area.

We urge you to vote for candidates who back our playgroup and a fair arrangement.
