If you're a parent or grandparent and have child/ren in school, securing their school and all schools should be heavily on your mind after what happened in Uvalde. Uvalde was the deadliest school shooting since Sandy Hook. We didn't have the power of social media and the tools then as we do now. Minimum standard safety precautions being a requirement at all schools needs to happen immediately!
Even if you have no connection to children. You were a child once. Children need all adults to help create a safe environment for them.
We'll need a lot more signatures and shares to bring this to Tallahassee (I'm in FL) and D.C.
We have to try! We can't just complain, we have to make change happen. We sound like a broken record. We can't just hope and pray, and wait around for others to do something, or the "right thing", for OUR children. Think this is pointless?! If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I don't care how this gets done, it just needs to be done, yesteryears ago!
