Mocha Uson Blog a clear violation

Mocha, as an ASEC is considered as a public official and thus she is bounded by the laws of the land. Although it is her own personal blog, the paragraph (a) Section for of Republic Act 6713 clearly states that: "...(a) Commitment to public interest. - Public officials and employees shall always uphold the public interest over and above personal interest. ..." And that being said, Mocha doesn't seem to follow this, and expressly states in her blog that her blog is for Duterte supporters. Where in fact also violates the paragraph (b) of the same section of the R.A. that says "...They shall endeavor to discourage wrong perceptions of their roles as dispensers or peddlers of undue patronage..." where in she is definitely showing off that she is a die-hard Duterte fanatic. We are not citing Mocha's fanaticism over Duterte into whatever meaning but it is really against the law. With this, I state that Mocha is unfit as an ASEC of PCOO.
