Seattle Public Schools request to be added to Environmental Impact Statement!

We have been informed that the Seattle School district has indicated their support to the city for adding a school to the Environmental Impact Statement. THANK YOU to SPS for listening and engaging in this process. We continue to work with the School Board and District, the City of Seattle and federal representatives to ensure this occurs. We had several parents and community members get public testimony at the Seattle school board meeting and had a positive reception with several school board members expressing the importance of Seattle Public Schools being at the table for this land, and the district is showing increasing interest in the potential of Fort Lawton.
