Seattle Public Schools still has not released an official statement addressing the community’s concerns regarding the defunding of EEU kindergarten. Several school board members, however, have committed to looking deeper into the circumstances around this decision. We would like to thank them for their willingness to work with us to explore potential resolutions and promote high quality, inclusive services for all kids. We value transparency and communication. We will be sharing all of the information we have with the school board. We are also contacting members of the media to demand that SPS be equally transparent and forthcoming.
