Share The Cities SeattleSeattle, WA, Estados Unidos

We are at a stuck place.
We need the owner to request a rezone from the Seattle City Council --- which he did back in 2014 and was denied.
Without this step we will not see rezones for affordable housing at the Talaris site.
Our work continues in other Transit Oriented areas in District 4 and District 5, though!

"Public land is owned by all of us. City government acts as its steward, ensuring it is managed in the public interest, to benefit the residents of Seattle. When a City department determines property in its care is no longer needed, the City’s duty is to determine the most beneficial alternative use."
