The 2020 anime “Arte” is a unique gem. The story of young Arte, who pursues her dream of becoming an artist in Renaissance Florence against all societal odds, captivates with beautiful animation, strong characters, and profound themes such as emancipation, art, creativity, and social change.

Despite positive feedback and the fact that Kei Ohkubo’s original manga still has many more volumes, there has been no announcement of a second season to this day. This is a huge disappointment for thousands of fans worldwide who love this inspiring series.

We demand:

The official announcement and production of a second season of “Arte” by Studio Seven Arcs
The adaptation of further manga arcs that continue Arte’s journey as an artist
A high-quality production with the proven team, beautiful animation, and strong musical score
Better international availability (including German and French dubbing or subtitles) on platforms like ARTE, Crunchyroll, and others
“Arte” perfectly embodies what great anime should be: entertainment with cultural and historical depth. A continuation would not only delight fans but also strengthen the diversity of high-quality anime productions.
