Hey all, thank you for the support. Just a quick update that as of today there are many employees who have yet to receive they're new record of employment after the severance cut off. These RoE's are vital to starting unemployment claims and getting the proper rates, as their original RoE's were based on the contacts they signed with promised severance amounts. I have also heard that some pension info, in regards to amounts that can be moved from third parties (Sunrise, etc) haven't been received either. The bankruptcy and court process is difficult but this company is still dragging these employees through glass to get money they've paid into. Do something, anything!
