Hello everyone, it's been a while!

I started this petition 2 years ago only to find disappointment that the district ignored me and the sexual health course I had submitted to them. This was somewhat to be expected since I was still a high school student at the time and lacked experience and authority.

However, I have written an open letter to the district calling out their lack of care to students who have experienced sexual violence along with 10 calls to action. The 5th call to action is of great importance as I am once again advocating for comprehensive sex education, since it is vital that students learn about sexual violence, relationships, boundaries, and consent.

I have arranged a meeting with the district's deputy superintendent to discuss my letter and intend on showing them this petition, so hopefully we can see some progress :)
