Fife passengers are fed-up suffering daily travel on ScotRail's overcrowded carriages and having their jobs and family life impacted by cancelled or delayed trains.

ScotRail boss Alex Hynes admits Fife's services are one of the worst in Scotland but says they won't be fully fixed until the end of 2019.

Apologies are not enough. It's unfair to expect Fifers to pay full price for substandard train services, which is why we demand Michael Matheson MSP use his powers to reduce Fife train fares by at least 30 per cent until services are back to normal.
