John Wilson murdered 17 year old schoolgirl Michelle Stewart by stabbing her 10 times in a vicious, unprovoked, pre-meditated attack.  He showed no sympathy or remorse  for his actions.  He was sentence to life, serving 12 years before he can apply for parole.  He has been granted supervised release and is expected to be granted unsupervised release soon within the Ayrshire community, in particular Ayr, Prestwick, Drongan and Mossblown.  He will be released to live within the Ayrshire community when he is granted parole.  The probability of seeing Michelle's killer is causing anxiety and distress for Michelle's family, having already been failed by the justice system which imposed an extremely short sentence given the nature of his crime.  They should not have to worry about him living within their local area.  Would you want this violent murderer living next door to you and your family.  Please support Michelle's family in calling on the Scottish Parole Board and the Scottish Cabinet Secretary to ensure John Wilson is relocated out with the Ayrshire area on any release from jail.
