Prior to the 2016 Scottish Parliament elections, will you and your parties' candidates in that election affirm Scotland's right of self-determination and formally acknowledge that the people of Scotland have the democratic right to demand another referendum on the question of Scotland's constitutional status at a time of their choosing?
