The result of the first Scottish independence referendum was No vote. But NOBODY voted to relinquish Scotland's right of self-determination. Democracy is a process, not an event. That process is ongoing in both the continuing campaign to restore Scotland's rightful constitutional status AND persistent British nationalist efforts to deny the sovereignty of the people of Scotland. In the face of the British state's determination to block another referendum, we must send a message, loud and clear, that the people of Scotland are the sole legitimate authority in all things pertaining to Scotland's governance.
