Hi All
As promised, below is a very encouraging video of Finlay emerging from a natural denning/resting area that he has chosen to use. This is exactly what we want to see. He is of course provided with wooden den boxes which he has happily used, but it is fascinating that he is now seeking out more natural dens sites like this one, which is a pile of logs covered in conifer brash. Look how he uses the cover to conceal himself and again you can see his fantastic wildcat markings and blunt ringed tail. Just look at those eyes when he peers out 18 seconds in. We are extremely encouraged by his continued development.
