As we have recently highlighted, there are plans for logging activities to greatly increase on the remote Morvern peninsula, which is a part of our original Wildcat Haven Area and previously identified as a government priority area for the Scottish Wildcat.
Our legal team is now fully investigating this and we will be providing you with information about how you can help us protect the resident wildcats in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, we wanted to show you this video of one of the beautiful Morvern wildcats. Look at the think, blunt and perfectly ringed tail and look at these beautiful body stripes. A real ‘Highland Tiger’.
We will do all we can to make sure that this Wildcat and the others that inhabit this wild and remote area, are able to live and breed in peace.
