I have emailed Scottish Citylink and shared how important this topic is. I await their reply which I seemingly should get within 72 hours.

If this does not make Scottish Citylink look at reviewing their pet policy, I am going to contact the local MSP and push this further.

The more comments I read the more angry I get. Dogs are part of the family and well behaved ones should be free to travel with their owners.
