MDL 3040 ruled 'not in the public interest'

Hi everyone, 

Thank you so much for your support! We now have confirmation that Minister Stewart MP has ruled that the proposed coal mine north of Bundaberg has been ruled as 'not in the public interest'. Fox Resources will be appealing the decision, but this is a huge win for people power!
