I just returned from a week in Canberra meeting politicians in Parliament House. They all reported being inundated with calls, and all the backbenchers with whom I met opposed the cash ban law. There is mutiny in air! Keep calling MPs to object, and keep sharing this petition as widely and as often as possible. 

In related news, soon a bill will be introduced to amend the 2018 bail-in law, so that it can't be used to steal deposits. This is what the cash ban is for - to trap us in banks so we can't escape policies like bail-in and negative interest rates. We can stop the cash ban, but we can also stop bail-in! Please help get this amendment passed by signing the CEC's formal parliamentary petition against bail-in, "Hands off our bank deposits—stop ‘bail-in’!" which is on the CEC's website (click on the link).
