This might seem like an absurd suggestion, but it’s no more absurd than simply opening schools with no modifications, resources (including people) in place to prevent COVID transmission. If Parliament is suspended because of this threat, then there are a pool of public servants available to assist classroom teachers in the education of students Australia wide. It is important for the PM et al to ‘drink the water’ as it were. If it’s ok for kids and teachers, it’s ok for them too.
