Dear supporters,

We are in the final days of election campaigning and our leaders have failed to convince me that they will make meaningful action to prevent the climate catastrophe. We need climate action to be led independently in Australia.

Please sign this petition calling for an Independent Commission on Climate Action.  The 2022 election is a plebiscite on real climate action. We cannot wait any longer to act, and we can no longer hope that whoever is in government will take the necessary steps to prevent even more climate change-induced fires, floods, and droughts.  Many other countries have successfully implemented independent climate commissions and taken the politics out of action on climate change.
