#HometoBilo rally: Wednesday 9am
Sep 3, 2019 —
Friends, believe me when I say that tomorrow (Wednesday) may be the last chance we get to bring Priya, Nades, Kopica and Tharunicaa home to Bilo.
The court injunction preventing my dear friend Priya and her family from being deported ends at 4pm tomorrow. Tomorrow morning at the Federal Court, we will hear if we’ve been given more time to keep fighting.
The PM can still show some compassion and ask David Coleman to intervene. These men in Canberra can end all of this heartache and suffering with the stroke of a pen. Let’s show them just how much Australians want this family to stay.
All of Australia talking about this, with thousands turning up to rallies around the country, headline news on all networks, and more than 238,000 of us signing this petition. We've pushed the government to respond in a way they never have before.
My heart is full of hope, for my friend Priya, and for us all. If you’re in Melbourne, please come down tomorrow with your signs, your cockatoos, and your open hearts. We will never give up.

PS Can’t be at the rally in Melbourne? Can you attend one of the many prayer vigils happening around the country tonight? Or can you please click here to keep making calls to your MPs and flood the PM’s social media with kind, respectful requests to let them stay.
