For too many years these poor poor horses living just outside Arbroath have suffered at the hands of one man. So so many of us have reported the terrible conditions these horses live in. Yet...... to date NOTHING has been done! I was told by the SPCA that these horses had NATURAL SHELTER (a wall and some trees)!! These poor horses are in terrible condition and now we all need to pull together to stop this once and for all!!! 

We need to get these horses checked over and re homed.
