With the Rise in Gun Violence in our schools, we must begin a Mandatory Mental Health Evaluation and Treatment.  According to Youth Mental Health Statistics in America, 63.1% of our youth with Major depression, do not receive any Mental Health Treatment.  It means that 6 in 10 youths with depression, and who have suicidal thoughts, and probably doing poorly in schools do not receive the support they need.
