When we met with the folks at USDA who are in charge of procuring meat through the commodities program for the school lunch program, they told us that there were not enough suppliers to produce antibiotic free chicken. In February, Tyson, one of the worlds largest chicken producers said that they were going to produce antibiotic free chicken. So how about now USDA?
