No response from the SBS.

So far it's been 13 days since our email to the SBS was sent and as of yet no response. We're using a program called mail tracker with our G-mail account to let us know if our emails are being received and read and as you can see from the attachment it hasn't! However, this could mean they're extremely backlogged with messages. We'll continue to email and use social media to get their attention as well as actually sending in your responses as mail to their lock bag address.
