🚨This Thursday, April 24th, the Travelers Rest Planning Commission will hold the first official public hearing on the proposed Inn at Altamont resort. This is our first chance to speak directly to the commission and make our voices heard, and we need to make it count.

This project threatens everything we love about Paris Mountain.
It’s not just a zoning request; it’s a gateway to overdevelopment, increased traffic, stormwater issues, and a dangerous precedent that puts investor profits ahead of long-term community well-being.

We need to pack the room and create a visual impact the Commission cannot ignore.

Here’s how to help:

Wear red to show unified opposition.
Arrive between 4:00–5:55 PM at Travelers Rest City Hall (125 Trailblazer Dr) to sign up if you’d like to speak.
Meeting starts at 6:00 PM. Even if you don't speak, your presence matters.
This is our mountain. Our town. Our voice.
