At yesterday’s Travelers Rest Planning Committee meeting, the mayor claimed that we have been posting “hostile” social media posts. Let’s be clear—our movement has been passionate, determined, and full of community pride, but not hostile.

The real story? Our supporters showed up wearing SaveParisMountain.org shirts and buttons, proving once again that we are engaged, united, and standing up for what we believe in. Nearly 10,000 voices strong and growing!

We won’t be discouraged. We won’t be silenced. We will continue to defend, preserve, and protect Paris Mountain and the character of Travelers Rest.
