I'm struggling to see how a footbridge to a sporting field (used occasionally) costs $19 million in Clontarf, while in Springfield a new Park 'n' Ride costing $44.5 million opens today catering for 1,100 commuters daily.  I can see the value here. 

Our footbridge won't have lighting or security and it's cost 43% of the costing of the Springfield Park 'n' Ride!
