Knoxville Utilities Board in the news regarding smart meters

Knoxville's KUB plans to install 400,000 smart meters within next 4 years. Opponents are concerned with RF, but as usual, the comparisons are made to cell phones, not taking into account that the radiation and/or EMF pulsing is transmitting and receiving continually.
