Local residents are calling upon East Devon District Council to reject planning application 18/1094/MOUT, an outline application for the development of industrial units up to 9 metres high on land adjacent to Two Bridges Road, Sidford, Devon EX10, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our main issues of concern with this planning application include – the traffic size/volume and its consequences, flood mitigation and overflow, visibility from surrounding area, impact on an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, light & noise pollution and unsupported need.

If East Devon District Council support this planning application it will be very much to the detriment of those who live in Sidford and the surrounding areas of the Sid Valley in East Devon.

 This planning application does not have the support of local residents.
