Now that vaccines are distributed to the mass for potential herd community, I am still disturbed about the lack of reporting from the media and its lack of outreach regarding the potential risk from zoonotic transmission.
Take a look at this recent study (attached): Susceptibility of Domestic Swine to Experimental Infection with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 - Emerging Infectious Diseases Journal by the CDC.
I am surprised how quiet the news is in addressing or raising concerns about this subject and the efforts to bring about public awareness to influence lifestyle change. It is becoming increasingly obvious that pigs are susceptible to COVID and therefore it is a potentially harmful to humans.
I keep asking myself, “why isn’t the mainstream discussing the science of avoiding pork.” Why do we always look for the easy solution instead of finding the root of the disease at the source? All of this evidence shows that there is no time more critical than now to stop eating pork.
Let’s continue building momentum with this petition so we can raise awareness on this issue. We need to reach 10,000 signatures so we can have our voices heard. There are articles that raised this concern in 2018 (before the recent breakout) that alerted us about the virus and its relation to pigs.

We have a responsibility to promote healthy living for our family, friends, and community. With all these regulations in place about wearing masks and social distancing, one question keeps me puzzled and that is, “why not say NO to pork?”
Say NO to Poison. Say NO to Pork!
Share and be a part of the change.
