This virus is not a joke. It's actually an alert to inform us that we need to make change in our food habits and what we are ingesting in our system. Healthy eating is more important than ever and adjustments are critical to make a difference in the spread of this virus. There is so much contradicting information out there and each of us is responsible to make a drastic change. Consider avoiding pork in the new few months and let us demand a bill that can transform our lives, the future of our children and the world.
