PLEASE write to these persons and tell them your concerns. Placing 8 units on one lot is simply not appropriate or respectful development in family communities and will have immense impact on our communities and quality of life. Each of this type of development will bring parking, traffic and safety issues and will raise noise levels which all together will reduce the quality of living.  Appropriate development in context is welcome but over development is not wanted.
