MEETING UPDATE / ACTION ALERT: Ofland is going before the City of Twentynine Palms Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 25 at 5pm.* 

Twentynine Palms is planning to give Ofland a free pass into Indian Cove and save them the cost of an Environmental Impact Report (aka EIR) – that decision is not yet final and will be discussed at the June 25 meeting. Read about the City's plan for a Mitigated Negative Declaration here.

The deadline for public comments for our Planning Commission is Tuesday, June 24! Email your comments to Community Development Director: Keith Gardner, kgardner@29palms.org. Be sure to put "Public Comment for Ofland Hotel on June 25" in your subject line.

MBCA VIEWSHED: Do you think the Ofland Resort will be too far away for you to see it? Guess again! Check out this viewshed created by the Morongo Basin Conservation Association (MBCA).  The red areas indicate where the 110 building Ofland development will be visible.
