Accident rates in BC are rising annually at 2-3 times the population growth rate. Crash rates have doubled on Hwy. 1 in suburban Vancouver in just two years alone. What is the NDP response? Put caps on accident victims’ compensation, abolish the right to claim for health care costs beyond ICBC cookbook and restrict the rights of victims from challenging ICBC in court.
