Tonight the city planning board voted to move ahead on the 40R rezoning. They voted to send it to the Department of Housing and Community Development for approval...or denial. 

So now we wait and see what happens, but if it gets approved we will still be here making sure our voices are being heard on density, traffic, and all the other impacts to our neighborhood.
