I created this petition to educate and spread awareness/information about what is happening within Alberta for Albertans. I hadn't expected the attention it has recieved.

Solely signing this petition is still inaction. 

So what can you do?

• Write to your government

How? https://www.alberta.ca/contact-a-cabinet-minister  here! Show your concern and file under "Ministry of Technology and Innovation", which is responsible for Alberta's Artificial Intelligence Data Centres Strategy. 

As well research how to contact and speak with your municipal government to express your concerns with the strategy.

• Spread Awareness

Beyond this petition, do your own research and share it with you family, friends and community. Put up posters, create sharable posts, make videos, make yourself heard.

• Rallies

In your community are they planning to create a centre? Rally. Plan. Organize.

• Boycott AI and Companies that support AI if possible

Within your means. This is important. But refrain from using programs like Chat GTP, etc.
