This is just a quick FYI that Summit County, in consultation with Dakota Pacific Real Estate (DPRE), has elected to postpone the previously planned public hearing tonight (Thursday, February 15th) to a future date (that is still TBD). 

The postponement decision was made due to the significant gap between the respective parties’ positions, with DPRE making it clear that their Plan C with 727 residential units (same plan as they were proposing last spring) is their best and final proposal, versus what the County is now proposing as highlighted in these recent news articles from KPCW and the Park Record. 

We will provide further updates as this high impact and precedent setting situation continues to unfold. In the meantime, please:
