All Facebook and Twitter posts and emails to legislators haven't been answered and Christine Conley's Twitter page hasn't had a post since 2017. She's the state rep that proposed HB5013. Because there's "no interest," the bill hasn't had a public hearing so it will most likely "die." I spoke with rep Conley's assistant and she said that we need to contact Needleman and Steinberg co-chairs from Energy Technology as that's where the bill was transferred and she was unaware of a petition. Change.org automatically emails the petition to the emails I've provided ie. Conley, AG Tong etc...so there's a disconnect somewhere.
