Just a quick note. The City of Cambridge will be present the planned work for improvements to K-Lo.
In the BioMed Realty proposal context, the future of the K-Lo building is crucial. The City would be better served if it holistically considered the development of 320 Charles St, the Eversource Fulkerson, and the K-Lo parcels. A parcel-per-parcel approach is courting the worst possible outcome. Last November, I wrote a letter to the CambridgeDay outlining my thoughts on the situation. It's purposefully a little dramatic, but it contextualises what we are dealing with.

Yesterday, I forwarded a copy of the petition to BioMed Realty. Hopefully, it will help convince them to address our specific concerns.
