Engage Victoria has declared their intention to host a conference following the receipt of 764 submissions regarding the development license. Over 99% of these submissions expressed opposition to the development.
The purpose of the conference is to
- Enable the EPA to listen to and better understand the views and concerns of the community and stakeholders
- Help explain the development licence application, the assessment process and current status
- Discuss ideas about possible conditions if the development licence is issued.
Seize this ideal opportunity to directly voice your objection to the EPA and ensure you are heard in person. Prioritise this action by registering your interest and committing to attend once the event details are confirmed.
Note only those who put in submissions will receive the invitation, but hey, here is the link to register: Engage Victoria register for Conference link
