They killed my dog and for that they want to Remove my licence… I’m fully in the shock. I been very good driver for many years, but they promise to suspend my drivers licence…. Only because RCPCA punished me! 
The reason of penalty is : DIDN'T came with THE DOG TO the VET ! 
Where is the low how often I have to bring my dog to the vet?! If no law about it, why they give penalty for that?! 
I need to drive my child to the school one hr to one side and back, and for picking up 2 ways =two hours… People please help!
