We’re very much still hopeful for a state purchase of the WMA. DNR IS still in negotiations. But as most of you know, the rezoning was recommended for approval with conditions. We feel that these plans, along with the County recommended conditions, are a better, safer plan B in the event that the wma is not entirely preserved. The final decision to deny, approve or approve with conditions falls on Bartow County Commissioner Steve Taylor during the April 12th meeting.
