Dear Paseo Supporter,

Thank you for backing us in this fight. We've gained a lot of momentum and awareness the last few weeks, and people are taking notice of our strength. 

Let's keep the push going and show the Castro Valley Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) what the Paseo means to the public.

The Castro Valley MAC recently released their agenda for the next Land Use Meeting, and it now includes a Chair's Request for Public Comment Regarding the Paseo!

The meeting is open to the public, so if you would like to share your thoughts and comments about the Paseo directly with the MAC board, now is the time!

We will have representatives present, equipped with our list of over 3,200 petition signers (THANK YOU!), hundreds of comments we've collected, and bolstered by the overwhelming in-person support we've received.

However, a real-life, in-person presence would send a strong message to the board that what’s happening with the Paseo is not acceptable to the public!

The County is a co-defendant in our litigation, so sharing your support directly with them is critical.

If attending in person and you wish to speak on a matter, please fill out a speaker slip and submit it to the Chair as soon as possible.
