Recently contacted three Victorian state MPs (Legislative Assembly: Greens, Coalition and Government).

Message: “In an online petition started 3 September 2024, its opening paragraph says that for fifty-three years, successive state governments have ignored the community call to implement a strategic management plan for Western Port and its region.

Although the petition is in its early days and working its way through various social media networks, the signatories are finding a voice and a means to express their concerns as evidenced by the Comments.

I’m alerting you to the petition and suggesting it’s time to put aside party politics and devise a Strategic Management Plan for the good of all.
