Every penny counts, particularly as we are now considering appealing what we consider to be a flawed Judicial Review judgment.

The past, first week, of the Inquiry was riveting...we suggest you should dip into it, either next week for the live proceedings which occur Tue-Fri for 5 hours every day, or looking at what happened over the past days, when a whole host of very interesting people voiced their opinions and fought their corners.  We are satisfied that our side for now is doing incredibly well - our arguments are far stronger, and steeped in Planning law, on every topic, than those of our opponents, who are relying entirely on emotion and distasteful political manoeuvres.
